This JC SORT cucumber grader is composed of an elevator and a grader. The elevator is automatically lifted and the rollers rotate automatically to achieve uniform feeding. The grader is based on the principle of lifting rollers, using a series of stainless steel rollers that move forward, a fixed bottom roller and a height-adjustable roller to grade crops by width and diameter. Each first and second roller is mounted on a polymer guide plate, which enables them to lift vertically to achieve grade size sorting, suitable for sorting a variety of crops.
